Non Selective Weed Killers

Our core non selective range of Rosate 360 TF total kill weed killers are glyphosate based and are available in 3 sizes, 1 litre, 5 litre and 20 litre. Rosate 360 TF is a translocated herbicide making it ideal for problem annual and perennial weeds.  Best results are obtained from applications made under good growing conditions (adequate soil moisture and warm/humid conditions), when the weeds are actively growing and at the recommended growth stages for treatment. After application, glyphosate is strongly adhered onto the soil particles and becomes practically immobilized within the soil. As a result, Rosate 360 TF has no further herbicidal activity and it is subsequently broken down by microbial activity. New crops can be sown or planted at very short intervals after application., typically 24-48 hours.

Rosate 360 TF is a professional herbicide and as such is very strong, and you won't need much to get the job done! Even our 1 litre bottles are sufficient to spray an area 200 metres squared even at full rates of application.  Typically adding just 250ml to a 10 litre garden sprayer. Even so, it is better to spray weeds when they are small. 

You only need spray the foliage, not soak it until it is running off.  The Rosate Tf 360 will be translocated to the tip of the root systems, including stolon's and rhizomes of hardy perennial weeds with 24 - 48 hours, from then the weeds will start to die, with results usually seen in 7-14 days.  Avoid spraying to a wet or damp leaf and try avoid spraying if rain is forecast within 4-5 hours of application.  as a total weed killer, do not spray near sensitive plants or on windy days, a small amount of drift will damage plants you may wish to keep.

Top Tip: Don't spray a nettle patch at the bottom of the garden then walk back across the lawn, your footprints will kill the grass.

We also offer Chikara, an extremely strong residual  water dispersible granule formulation containing 25% w/w flazasulfuron for use as a non-selective residual herbicide on natural surfaces not intended to bear vegetation, permeable surfaces overlying soil, hard surfaces and amenity vegetation (around). Chikara is the original and best formulation of flazasulfuron, beware of cheaper imitations such as Paradise, and Flaza 250. Chikara Weed Control can control weeds for up to eight months, so reducing strimming and mowing operations. Alternative methods  (e.g. steam) don’t last for long and can give an increased carbon footprint
